David is  Principal and Senior Project Engineer of the company with over 30 years of engineering, architectural, and construction experience in California, Washington, New York, and Hawaii. His experience encompasses a wide spectrum of structural, environmental, and civil engineering projects, specializing in structural assessments, seismic reinforcing, building envelope and construction defects, plans and specification evaluation, quality control, building construction, construction methods, and management. Along with his professional experience, he has also worked on publications and working papers, and has conducted professional lectures and seminars.
